Throughout the years, Ritz Care (formerly “Ritz Vocational”) has served as an individualized vocational program primarily supporting individuals with disabilities through vocational training.

Our main goal is to guide individuals to find their inner strength and establish a competitive employment for them. By offering employment opportunities in addition to various inclusive activities, we help our clients to build skills, gain confidence, support their families, and become more independent.

Some of our success stories include individuals getting community jobs at coffee shops, hardware stores, fast food restaurants, bakeries, and school district jobs.

By giving people with disabilities a chance to feel included, capable, and proud of what they can do, we can foster an environment of strengthened family and community where everyone has the chance to succeed.
